Shipping and Returns
We attempt to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt for delivery within 5-7 business days in the UK. International orders will take longer to arrive and will vary depending on the country and courier service levels.
Returns and refunds
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return in within 30 days to the address shown on your shipping documentation, at your own expense.

Please keep in mind that any item returned for a refund must be received by us unused and in the same condition as you received it.

In the event an item is received damaged, we will be happy to give you a full refund for the price you paid for it. Please contact us to arrange this.

Please note that it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using tracking numbers to insure your package is returned to us.
