Margaret Exley CBE is a recognised authority on organisational effectiveness, leadership and transformational change, with more than four decades of experience helping senior leaders build organisations that deliver.

Having founded and led several successful consulting businesses, Margaret has advised boards, chief executives and government departments on organisation design, culture, strategy implementation and leadership. Her work spans both the public and private sectors, giving her a unique perspective on what enables large, complex organisations to translate ambition into action.
